Astro

For the websites I still code and other web apps, Astro is my favorite framework to use.

Visual Studio Code

When coding, VS Code is the IDE I always use. I’ve tried others but always come back. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it!

Porkbun

Since I’ve found Porkbun I’ve never went back to other domain registrars. Easy to use and great prices.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare is my preferred website hosting service for all websites I make outside of Framer.

For Project Management

Obsidian

I like to use Obsidian to put down quick notes and ideas that I can easily refer back to later.

Notion

I use Notion as an organization tool for pretty much anything - even my dnd character sheet! But I am looking for an open source alternative, as I don’t like how they’re rebranding into an AI tool.

Pinterest

I make mood boards on Pinterest for my designs, but I’m in need of an alternative, since this app is now filled with AI slop

For Game Development

Unity

I’m currently learning Unity as it is the game engine of choice of Great Seal Studios for our first game!
